Thank you so much for supporting our small pottery studio. Every piece is handmade with care, and it truly means the world to us that you’ve chosen something from our shop.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To begin a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit

We carefully package each piece, but pottery is delicate and accidents can occasionally happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

Then, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

A Note About Handmade Work

Each piece is individually made by hand, so slight variations in size, shape, glaze, and color are part of what makes your pottery unique. These small differences are natural and not considered defects.
