Shipping policy

We are so excited to get your pottery to you!  It's important to note that because pottery pieces are fragile and often heavy, packaging and shipping costs can be higher than other items. We pass through our shipping costs and use extra packaging to make sure your item gets to you safely.

Orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days from order date. 

Items ship with either USPS or UPS depending in size, weight, and distance, and typically arrive within 5 business days from ship date.  

Through this website we currently only ship within the United States.  If you are outside of the US and interested in an item, email us at longpointpottery@gmail.com and we'll help you order. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their own country.
